TA Vital Showcases at Food Tech Day 2025, RMIT Vietnam

TA Vital participated in Food Tech Day 2025 at RMIT Vietnam, with students showcasing innovative microalgae products and promoting sustainable food trends.

On September 22, 2025 (Monday), TA Vital took part in Food Tech Day — Showcase & Ceremony Capstone 2025 Project, held under the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program of the School of Science, Engineering & Technology (SSET), RMIT University Vietnam.

The event marked the conclusion of a two-month collaboration between TA Vital and a group of Food & Nutrition Technology students. As an industry partner, TA Vital provided spirulina powder ingredients and advisory support, enabling students to research, develop, and present an innovative health food product.

During the showcase, the student team introduced “Puff n’ Green — Microalgae Snack”, created with TA Vital’s spirulina. The product drew strong interest from faculty, experts, and attendees, sparking conversations about the health benefits and versatility of microalgae-based foods.

Food Tech Day 2025 also featured a wide range of student-led projects, offering fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to real-world challenges in food and nutrition technology. For TA Vital, this was a valuable opportunity to witness the practical applications of microalgae and to connect with emerging talents in the industry.

Looking ahead, TA Vital will continue partnering with universities and businesses to advance spirulina research and applications. By working alongside the next generation of food engineers, TA Vital is committed to driving the commercialization of sustainable food solutions and expanding the potential of microalgae in modern nutrition.
